The default calender is set to the time zone of Their Collective which is Saskatchewan time! During Daylight Savings (March to November) this means the calender is showing a different time zone than MY time zone, which is Manitoba time.

IF YOU ARE IN ANOTHER PROVINCE OTHER THAN SASKATCHEWAN when you book- please email me to confirm your time zone and what time you want your appointment to be in YOUR time zone. (I am in Manitoba, so if I want to book a 1230pm appt with myself, on the calender I would actually choose 1130am).

If you’re confused, don’t worry, I am too- just email me to book to avoid any confusion!

If you’re looking for a no-nonsense counsellor who understands what it’s like to be queer/neurodivergent/burnout/stuck/anxious/living in society today, reach out for a free 20 minute consult!

Your journey is unique, shaped by your individual experiences, perspectives, and values. My approach to therapy centers on respecting the richness diversity brings, recognizing how cultural nuances, neurodivergence, being a newcomer, and LGBTQ2SIA+ identities profoundly influence mental health and well-being.

I am dedicated to creating trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and inclusive spaces where you can freely explore your thoughts and emotions. My practice integrates modalities like DBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, IFS, mindfulness, and somatic approaches, tailored to meet your specific needs. I am also currently learning Gottman therapy and Sex-Therapy Informed work.

As a first-generation Bengali Canadian and visibly Muslim therapist, I understand the importance of being seen and valued in all your intersecting identities. By starting this journey, you’re taking a courageous step toward self-discovery and healing.

Together, I hope that we can identify your strengths, normalize and validate your experiences, and create solutions aligned with your values and cultural context. Let us try to create a safe and inclusive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges without fear of judgment.

Let’s connect and build a space where you feel understood, celebrated, and empowered.
