Your journey is unique, shaped by your individual experiences, perspectives, and values. My approach to therapy centers on respecting the richness diversity brings, recognizing how cultural nuances, neurodivergence, being a newcomer, and LGBTQ2SIA+ identities profoundly influence mental health and well-being.
I am dedicated to creating trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and inclusive spaces where you can freely explore your thoughts and emotions. My practice integrates modalities like DBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, IFS, mindfulness, and somatic approaches, tailored to meet your specific needs. I am also currently learning Gottman therapy and Sex-Therapy Informed work.
As a first-generation Bengali Canadian and visibly Muslim therapist, I understand the importance of being seen and valued in all
your intersecting identities. By starting this journey, you’re taking a courageous step toward self-discovery and healing.
Together, I hope that we can identify your strengths, normalize and validate your experiences, and create solutions aligned with your values and cultural context. Let us try to create a safe and inclusive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges without fear of judgment.
Let’s connect and build a space where you feel understood, celebrated, and empowered.
Your journey is unique, shaped by your individual experiences, perspectives, and values. My appro...
